A bit more about the ride and logistics on this first post.
Yes - I am riding coast to coast but due to a hugely positive and humble surprise, I need to be back home in Louisville, KY in the very middle of the ride to attend events and accept an award for service at my alma mater, The University of Louisville. #GoCards #L1C4 #L'sUp
So... I am riding days 19 through Day 22, solo from Sanderson to Fredericksburg, TX in advance, packing everything on the bike and having fun in a bit different way, including figuring out the logistics of getting a bike to Sanderson, myself via plane, then auto and believe it or not...an Amtrak train! And yes, that is who I am. I could have done all of the ride and skipped these days...but did not want that in my memory bank when talking about the Coast to Coast in the future...the goal is to do all of it!
The pre-ride version starts on Wednesday, September 3rd, with the main ride commencing from San Diego on the 5th of October.

Lastly, back tire in the Pacific, front tire in the Atlantic...that is the goal...that will happen!
