Sanderson to Comstock, TX

Hit the road early for the 1st ride of the CTC, Sanderson to Comstock...all US90...hilly and hot were the words of the day. This road runs along the US Mexico Boarder...felt safely watched all day with tons of Border Patrol and even a National Guard station...

Beautiful sunrise and scenery all day...88 miles in the books!

The Why

I'm setting out to ride the 2,950 miles of the Southern Tier Cross-Country Bike Route, and with the fantastic support of Cycle of Life Adventures, I get to focus on the "why." For me, this ride is about truly seeing the USA at a human pace.
